TT4 is the right-handed half moon in Kemper's turning range, for shaping, contouring and trimming clay and plaster on the wheel. The heavy steel head is brazed to a steel shaft. That matters on the wheel more than it sounds: a turning tool takes its load sideways against a piece coming round at speed, and a joint that can work loose is a joint that will. Plaster as well as clay, which is worth knowing if you turn your own moulds.
