PTS50 is the 12.7 mm (1/2 in) triangle in Kemper's PRO-LINE "S" series range. PRO-LINE tools use a select hardwood handle with a loop of knife-quality high carbon steel, heat treated and quenched in oil. Carbon steel takes a sharper edge than stainless and holds it longer, at the cost of needing to be dried after use. The 12.7 mm (1/2 in) head decides how much you take per pass and how tight a curve it will follow. Dry it after use - high carbon steel will rust if it is put away wet.
