Shape 0 is the one you reach for when the other ribs are simply too big - inside a narrow neck, down in the angle where a handle meets the wall, along the tight curve under a spout. Yellow is the soft grade.
It is a rounded oval rather than a true kidney, and the two long edges are curved to different radii, so you get a tighter and a looser sweep out of one tool. Yellow is the soft grade. It gives under hand pressure, so it smooths without cutting, and it will not hold a line if you lean on it. Polymer, so there is no metal edge to bruise the clay. Central hole for hanging.
