A small sponge on a long handle, for damping and cleaning inside a form your hand will not fit into.
K33L is the long-handled version of Kemper's spongette. The whole idea is a sponge you can put somewhere your hand cannot go - the bottom of a narrow vase, the inside of a spout, the base of a closed form where water pools and refuses to leave. The long handle is the difference between this and the standard spongette; if you throw tall or narrow, it is the one that reaches. On open bowls a plain sponge is quicker.
