A hand extruder does one thing a slab and a knife cannot: it gives you the same cross-section every time. Load the barrel, fit a die, squeeze, and the clay comes out as a consistent coil, strap or profile - handles that match each other across a set, coils for building, trim and appliqué at a repeatable size. This is the small hand-held size rather than a wall-mounted or braced extruder, so it suits detail and short runs rather than heavy production. Supplied with six dies.
