HC4 cuts a 22.2 mm (7/8 in) hole and is 165 mm (6 1/2 in) long overall. It is made for wet clay and thick-walled greenware, where a drill or a knife tears the edge and leaves you cleaning up afterwards; the cutter takes a plug out instead and leaves the rim clean.
