SM-3 Marble Satin Matte Glaze
Marble is a pale grey satin glaze, just a whisper of colour like the polished marble it's inspired by.

Satin Matte is a cone 5/6 line with a silky smooth satin surface, neither a dry matte nor a gloss, and it breaks slightly over edges and texture. Every colour in the line is food safe. The colours mix with each other for custom shades, and adding SM-1 Black to another colour gives a darker version of it. Apply 3 to 4 brush coats over cone 04 bisque, letting each coat dry before the next, and fire at medium speed in oxidation to cone 5 or 6, 1186 to 1222°C. It can also be sprayed. Fire a test tile with each new batch. Select colours are also available in gallons.
