Potter's Choice Flux is a cone 5/6 line made for movement. The glaze flows in the firing and breaks across texture, so it suits a carved or thrown surface more than a flat one. It fires well at cone 5 and runs more at cone 6, and it works over any colour of clay body. Apply 3 to 4 brush coats over cone 04 bisque and fire at medium speed to cone 5 or 6. It layers as a base coat or a top coat, and the colours can be mixed with each other. The line is food safe. Fire a test tile with each new batch.
